YOU could be the next Fair Queen!

Morgan invites girls, ages 16-20 to apply for queen candidacy!

by Morgan Koziar - July 2, 2016

Hello everyone and welcome to Wellsboro home page! The 2015 Tioga County Fair Queen, Morgan Koziar would like to encourage young ladies between the ages of 16 to 20 years old to apply to be the 2016 Tioga County Fair Queen!

This deadline is approaching on July 22! The requirements to register are submit and essay on what my fair means to my community, write a brief autobiography, include a current photo, and complete the application which can be found in the fair book under department 22! Fair books can be found online by visiting TiogaCountyFair.com under the fair book tab or simply by clicking the link here!

Fair books are also always available at the Whitneyville Fairgrounds! Crowing our new queen will take a week before fair this year on July 31st. This will make it easier for young ladies to run for Fair Queen that maybe wouldn’t have had the opportunity otherwise due to the conflicting schedule of showing livestock!

The winning participant will receive a $500 prize from the fair, $250 gift card from Dunham’s Department Store for gowns for the State competition in Hershey, PA and $500 scholarship from W.O.C energy! Please consider applying if you’re interested! Morgan has certainly enjoyed serving the community and representing our fair!

All the best,
Morgan Koziar
