About Home Page

Take the tour by clicking on the video above

The Home Page Network produces several new-media publications. These e-publications incorporate timely news and information from around the world with a particular emphasis on things that impact the communities we serve. These digital publications combine internet broadcasting of audio and video content, online streaming, electronic graphics, photos, and text to provide our viewers with the best local online news and information service possible. From breaking news and information to each day’s feature stories our goal is to provide our viewers with an outstanding new-media experience while influencing our communities for good.

Our publications are delivered with your convenience in mind. This means that many of the online services that you use every day are right here in one place. You can view today’s feature story, check the latest news, weather, and sports, both locally and around the world. Connect with your social media, be inspired, and find out what’s for lunch.

The Home Page Network will often give you a choice of services. For example, when you want to check the latest weather – click on “Weather” and you’ll find a list of today’s best weather resources. The latest news, sports and business information are also listed on our left navigation bar. Again, for your convenience, we’ve included some of the best resources available – both locally and from around the world. To go back to our front page, click on any black and white Home Page icon.

You can also download The Home Page Network App. It’s free! Just go to Apple App Store or the Google Play Store and search for The Home Page Network! Please take a few moments and enjoy the Home Page tour by clicking on the video above.

The Home Page Network Mission

Our mission at The Home Page Network is to produce timely (new media) experiences incorporating news and information from around the world with a particular emphasis on things that impact the local communities we serve. These digital publications combine internet television, digital print media, online photography and electronic graphics to provide our viewers with outstanding coverage of our region. From breaking news and information to each day’s feature stories we will always work hard to ensure our viewers receive an excellent (new media) news and information experience. An essential part of our mission is to cover the good things that happen in the towns we serve. We hope to influence our communities for good.

Another important part of our mission is to educate and train people of all ages in the skills of communication. We do this through shadowing programs, college and university internships, and teaching volunteers who want to explore a career in communications.

The Home Page Network is a secular enterprise focused on serving our towns and communities. However, as a biblically based organization, we desire that God is glorified in us and through us.

The Home Page Network Vision

Our vision at The Home Page Network is to continue to grow by opening up new markets for our products and services. Our core staff remains dedicated to staying current with technology to be able to provide our users with a modern (new media) experience. We will continue to incorporate news and information from around the world with a particular emphasis on things that impact the local communities we serve. We are committed to covering mostly good and positive things that take place in a community. We hope to be an encouragement to the regions we serve by influencing our communities for good.

Another vital component to our future vision of The Home Page Network is to educate and train people in the skills of communication with a particular emphasis on broadcast communication. We look forward to opening (The Home Page Network Institute of New Media Broadcasting) in the future. This one-year postgraduate program will focus on helping a person excel in new media broadcasting – covering subjects like videography, editing, anchor and correspondent skills along with public speaking.
