YMCA Offers Special Childcare Program
Many parents are struggling with the return to school plan. One of the big issues for many is what to do with school aged children who aren’t ready to be home alone all day.
The River Valley Regional YMCA is offering a solution for Southern Tioga School District residents. The Hybrid Child Care Program is for students in 4th -6th grade. The program will have a ratio of 1 adult to 12 students. Time will be allotted for independent on line classroom attendance along with physical activities and craft time. Students may be dropped off at the YMCA at 7:00 am and picked up by 5:30 pm. Students must bring their own laptop, mask and lunch. The cost is $95 per week.
For more information on registration, contact Chelsea at Chelseas@rvrymca.org or Melissa at Melissas@rvrymca.org or call 570-662-2999.
