Wellsboro Comic Con, hosted by Pop’s Culture Shoppe, will see its debut August 13-14, 2022. This regional event will take place in Wellsboro at The Deane Center for the Performing Arts and a variety of other venues across town.

Wellsboro Comic Con will feature special guest of honor Roy Thomas, legendary comic book writer and editor, and Stan Lee’s first successor as editor-in-chief of Marvel Comics. Thomas writing credits include work on Marvel’s X-Men and The Avengers, and DC Comics’ All-Star Squadron. He also co-created many popular characters, including Wolverine, Vision, Carol Danvers, Luke Cage, Iron Fist, Ultron, Adam Warlock, Morbius, and Ghost Rider among many others.

In addition to Roy Thomas, attendees will be able to enjoy workshops, presentations and artwork from a collection of industry-known artists, vendors, and performers. You will find a more extensive list of guests at WellsboroComicCon.com.
