Wellsboro Claims NTL Junior High Track & Field Championship
On Tuesday, May 7th – Wellsboro Area High School hosted the NTL Junior High Track and Field Championships. Athletes from ten schools participated. Wellsboro took first place in both the boys and girls meet, with the girls scoring 162 points, and the boy scoring 133. In the girls meet, Towanda placed second overall with 75, followed by Athens at 59. In the boys meet, Troy placed second with 77 and Athens followed with 74.
