W.R. Croman Elementary Hosts Read-A-Thon Assembly
On Friday, March 1st, W.R. Croman Elementary School hosted their annual Read-A-Thon assembly to celebrate Dr. Seuss’s birthday. Every book read by a student allowed them to fill out one ticket for a chance to win a prize of their choosing. At the assembly, winners were drawn at random as a reward for their dedication to reading. A total of 8,108 books were read by students in grades K-2.
