Treasurer Garrity Visits Highland Chocolates
On Monday, March 4 – Pennsylvania State Treasurer Stacy Garrity visited Highland Chocolates in Wellsboro to recognize and celebrate the PA ABLE Savings Program surpassing $100 million in assets.
This program presents a tax-free way to PA residents with qualifying disabilities to save without affecting eligibility for important benefits. Garrity took a tour of Highland Chocolates and gave a few brief remarks.
“I really appreciate Highland Chocolates and Partners in Progress hosting me today,” said Garrity. “And I thank you for everything you do to empower our Pennsylvanians with disabilities.”
