With today’s fast paced seller’s market, it is nice to know what to do and how to get top dollar for your home.
I sat down with Becky White from Northern Tier Real Estate to talk about what tips and tricks she has for homeowners wanting to sell. The main thing she emphasizes is to look at your home with fresh eyes. Walk through your home and declutter, depersonalize, and let a buyer see the house as if they could live there. Becky and I cover lots of topics such as pets, painting, and first impressions. We also discuss costs associated with selling and the dreaded paperwork side of things.
