The Tioga County First Responders Day Camp is for ages 12 to 18 and runs from July 10th to the 14th from 8:00 AM to 4 PM. It will be held at the Mansfield Fire Station.

This opportunity will allow the campers to hear presentations by local fire and rescue, emergency medical personnel, and law enforcement agencies. And there will be hands-on presentations about CPR and First Aid, Personal Safety, Emergency Preparedness, Ambulance Response, and Firefighting.

Mark mentioned on the broadcast that for these various jobs to continue, the youth must see the value of the community.

The fee for the camp is $ 30.00 for members of 4-H and $50.00 for non-members. There is a scholarship available if needed for the camp fee.
