Tioga County Ready To Go Green

On Thursday, May 21, the Tioga County COVID-19 Task Force, including community leaders from around our county, on the steps of the Tioga County Court House in Wellsboro, petitioned Pennsylvania Governor Tom Wolf to open up the county.

Those community leaders in attendance were:

Erick Coolidge – Tioga County Commissioner
Roger Bunn – Tioga County Commissioner
Mark Hamilton – Tioga County Commissioner
Jim Nobles – Tioga County COVID-19 Task Force Chairman
Rep. Clint Owlett (R-Tioga/Bradford/Potter) – 68th Legislative District, PA House of Representatives
Shane Nickerson – Mayor of Blossburg
Deb Rudy – Representative for PA Senator Joe Scarnati, 25th Legislative District, Senate President Pro Tempore
Frank Levindoski – Tioga County Sheriff

A letter of support from Congressman Fred Keller (R-PA 12th District) was also read.
