Three Springs Ministries Launches “Project 24/40”

by Andrew Moore - February 14, 2023

Three Springs Ministries and One Life, a gap-year program based out of Lancaster, are preparing for a huge undertaking – Project 24/40. The projects’ anticipated completion date is 2024 which also happens to be the camp’s 40th anniversary. The building project will serve all facets of the ministry: it will have a gym and workout room, a much larger indoor climbing wall, as well as classrooms and conference rooms.

Three Springs is breaking ground in two months but in the meantime they are raising support to expand their current ministry opportunities and offerings. Right now they are the only One Life program with an on-site horse program. Students from all over the country, and even a few from overseas come to study the Word of God and how to minister to the world around them. They are currently in their sixth year of hosting One Life students. Their original program, started at the camp fifteen years ago, could only host eight to nine students has since grown; now allowing a total of thirty students to stay at the camp.

In the future, with Project 24/40 complete, Three Springs ministries hopes to be able to provide One Life students with the 2nd gap-year program. It will focus on construction and real estate. Until then, they continue to serve local churches and youth groups in providing opportunities for people of all ages to gather, connect, rest and experience delight.
