Questioning Life: Is God a Boy or a Girl?
It is hard to imagine what God is like. He is different than we are. He is transcendently bigger. He does not have a body. He is not a boy like me or a girl like Adaline in this video. Rather the Bible tells us that, “God is spirit, and those who worship Him must worship Him in spirit and in truth (John 4:25).”
However, God does reveal Himself to us, and He calls Himself, “He,” and says to those who believe in Him that they can even call Him their Father in heaven. When Jesus, the Son of God, taught His disciples how to pray, He said, “Our Father in heaven (Matthew 6:9-13).”
