Personal Profiles: Culinary Arts Instruction James Mack

by John Vogt - September 28, 2023

Knowing how to cook that special seasonal dish is a talent that blesses family and friends for a lifetime. Food is such an integral part of friendship and community. Good food brings family, friends, and even enemies together.

One of the favorite classes at Wellsboro High School is the Culinary Arts Class with Mr. James Mack. Mr. Mack knows his stuff when it comes to preparing great dishes. He is also an outstanding teacher, loved and respected by his students. So, who is this man behind the egg beater, and how did he get involved in the Culinary Arts? Home Page was curious, so we sent Emma Mosher, one of our newest student correspondents, to find out more.

On today’s feature broadcast, you will pick up some good kitchen safety tips from Mr. Mack and learn more about Mr. Mack and why his passion goes beyond teaching the Culinary Arts. We hope you will take a few short minutes to enjoy this broadcast. Have a delicious Fall and Winter!
