This year the league is using a new online registration website.

This new site supports all Southern Tioga Little League, so don’t let that confuse you! Mansfield, Liberty and Blossburg team sign-ups are all in one location.

All teams are listed under the “REGISTRATION INFO” tab. Choices under baseball and softball are Instructional, Minor, Junior, Major and of course Tee ball.

Mansfield LL

Attends or would attend Warren L Miller Elementary School

Attends or would attend Mansfield High School (Junior Level)



Liberty LL

Attends or would attend Liberty Elementary School with the EXCEPTION of those residing in Arnot or Morris Run



North Penn LL

Attends or would attend Blossburg Elementary School

Attends Liberty Elementary School AND resides in Arnot or Morris Run

Registration price is $35.00 and three forms of proof of residency are needed – such as a driver’s license, utility bills etc.

The site will ask you to place your player in a playing level but, final determination will be balanced by player age and level of skill decided upon by coaches and board at season start.
