Living On The Edge Of Light
In modern culture, snow globes often symbolize childhood, innocence, and “happy days” Our PA state motto is Pursue your happiness, and local photographer Linda Stager’s snow globes capture happiness for us all.
Linda Stager’s “Living On The Edge Of Light” (snow globe photos) in the Atrium Gallery of the Gmeiner Art and Cultural Center will conclude on November 20th. If you and your family have not seen these beautiful photos, I would highly recommend a visit this weekend.
As a gifted and awarded photographer, Linda enjoys capturing the community she lives in with light and love. She has been known as the Sun Catcher, and doing the snow globe pictures allows her to do both! Some iconic surroundings in the gallery pictures include Wynken, Blynken, and Nod, Christmas Trees on the Boulevard, and Churches.
She explained that she creates the snow globe pictures with an app and her finger to guide the imagery and creativity! She pointed out one photo with a pink natural light in the image where you’ll generally see blue light.
You’ll see me holding a personalized snow globe picture taken a few years ago in the video presentation. If you want to capture a special moment in your life in a snow globe picture, please call Linda at 570-724-5527. For more information, please visit her website at https://www.lindastager.com.
