Happy Thanksgiving!
In 1621, the Pilgrims and Puritans celebrated the first Thanksgiving. They had immigrated from England and for three days they had a feast filled with celebration and “thanksgivings”, or prayers to God for the blessings that He had given them. Almost 400 years later, we are still celebrating this wonderful holiday; and taking a day to remember the things that we have been blessed with and are so thankful for.
This Thanksgiving, the Home Page Staff would like to encourage all of our viewers to take time to think about what you are thankful for. With all of the craziness in life, we can take what we have for granted so often. It’s so important to remember the incredible things that we have been blessed with – even though it may be hard to see them at times.
Home Page would like to thank our family of advertisers for all the incredible support that they have continuously given us. We could not do it without you. We would also like to thank our viewers. Thank you for supporting us and believing in our mission – which is to provide our viewers with the best online publication possible, and to influence our community for good. It is an honor and a privilege. Most of all we would like to thank our Heavenly Father. He is the reason that we are able to do what we do, and we give all the glory to Him.
Last of all let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts during this Thanksgiving season, and lets all be thankful. Happy Thanksgiving from all of us here at The Home Page Network.
