COVID-19 PA County Testing

Two new COVID-19 cases have been identified in Tioga County over the past three days. One was reported Saturday, the other one today. Both are listed as confirmed.
The county’s week-over-week change is showing a decrease of 33 percent, since there were 3 new cases here in the previous seven days.
The U.S. is seeing its highest seven-day averages to date – up 39 percent from a week ago. The number of deaths each day has declined. The effect of the current surge on the fatality count will not be known for at least several weeks.
Pennsylvania’s seven-day average is now up by 24 percent over the previous seven days. New York State’s average is down by 2 percent.
