Friday, May 22 — As Tioga County begins its third week of “re-opening,” the county shows no new COVID-19 cases in the latest state health statistics.
Experts say this is the time when the daily stats will begin to indicate whether the increased activity is causing the virus to spread here.
The current average new case count in Northcentral PA is approximately nine. The average count in four nearby NY counties is three.
