This year several players from the Canton Varsity Football team received state honors. One of those was Bailey Ferguson who made the All-State team as a special teams player. Bailey helped the Warriors tremendously with his leg this season, kicking many extra points and some field goals as well. On kickoffs he pinned opponents deep and was one of the best tackling kickers in the state.

However, Bailey was much more than just a kicker on Canton’s team. He was an outstanding defensive back making the first team NTL allstars. Bailey also played many positions on offense including quarterback, running back and receiver.
