Ward then had back to back touchdowns runs, the first for 27 yards with 3:04 left in the opening quarter, and the second for 24 yards with 11:41 on the clock in the second quarter. Ferguson was 1-of-2 on the PAT’s, and it was 20-0 Warriors.
Troy’s Evan Woodward would get a 1-yard touchdown run to cut it to 20-7 at the half.
