House & Senate Pass Broadband Expansion Bill
This week the House of representatives pass unanimously HB 2438 that would help in the expansion of broadband services.
The House and Senate also passed a concurrent resolution HR 836 that would end the emergency declaration here in Pennsylvania.
There are a lot of questions and information surrounding this bill and resolution. Pennsylvania State Representative for the 68th Legislative District, Clint Owlett, explains the process, concepts and action taking place and where things are hopefully headed.
