Blossburg Business Spotlight: Victoria Theatre

Blossburg Business Spotlight: Victoria Theatre

by Tonya McNamara - March 22, 2022

Step back in time when you visit the Victoria Theatre at 222 Main Street Blossburg!

The Victoria Theatre has been entertaining the Blossburg area since the 1930’s. With vintage décor from the 1960’s this 200 seat one screen movie theater was reopened after being closed for 30 years in 2010.

Starting out with 35 mm, in 2014 was upgraded to digital projection with access to hearing impaired headphones and closed captioning eyewear free of charge.

Current movies shown every weekend and the venue is available for rental for live stage events, conferencing, and private movie showings. Freshly made popcorn, theater box candies and bottled beverages are available to enjoy while you are watching the show.

Be sure to visit the Victoria when it hosts a free Christmas themed movie during the holidays, a fund-raising event, documentary or a preschool performance, making it a special community and family friendly venue.

To find out what is playing at the Victoria, check out the website www.VictoriaBlossburg.com, Facebook page or Instagram.
