Wellsboro Chamber
Baccalaureate – Class of 2016
On Wednesday night June 1, 2016, Wellsboro Area High School held a Baccalaureate ceremony to commemorate its graduating seniors.
The service began with an address from senior class president, Alexa Singer. Following Alexa was an invocation given by Natalie Mee. Several students provided memories, readings, and reflections about their time in high school.
The featured speaker was Pastor T.J. Freeman. Freeman addressed the importance of grounding yourself in God.
The senior choir presented the musical arrangement River in Judea arranged by John Leavitt. After the Keynote Speaker gave his address to the class, the benediction was given by Isaac Leach.
We want to congratulate the 2016 Senior class for their handwork and accomplishments. For the Lord your God is with you, wherever you go. God Bless!
