There’s no place like home, but after watching the Hamilton Gibson summer camp performance of The Wizard of Oz, you will certainly be glad you went! Performances are on Thursday June 21 or Friday June 22 at 7:30 pm at the Clark Wood Elementary School auditorium in Elkland. Admission is “pay what you can.” Reservations are not necessary.

Seventy-seven kids in grades 3-9, and 10 counselors have put this together in just 8 days. Typically Hamilton Gibson offers three separate camps in Blossburg, Elkland, and Wellsboro. This year they tried something new, combining them into one camp in order to perform a big production. The campers learn about the fun that goes along with the theater; acting and singing, team building, and meeting new people throughout Tioga County, and beyond.
