THE PSYCHOLOGY OF A SELF-PORTRAIT
The Gmeiner Art and Cultural Center was given to the Wellsboro Community by Arthur J. Gmeiner. Mr. Gmeiner was born here in Tioga County and he wanted to leave a place for us to gather to enjoy the arts. This month’s exhibit is the art of one woman, Tania O’Donnell. Tania is an artist working and living in Havertown, a western suburb of Philadelphia, PA. She holds a Masters degree from the University of the Arts, and is a recipient of the Sylvia G. Wexler Award for Excellence in Graduate study.
