CANTON – Canton routed Montgomery 73-6 during their homecoming game to improve to 7-0 on the season.

Ben Fitch had two touchdowns and 115 yards rushing on four carries, while Riley Parker had six touches for 108 yards and two touchdowns.

Hayden Ward (three carries, 35 yards), Ryland Sakers (six carries, 42 yards), Michael Davis (two carries, 27 yards), and Hudson Ward (one carry for two yards) all had touchdown runs.

Austin Allen was 1-for-1 for a 36-yard touchdown to Weston Bellows. Canton also got interceptions from Bailey Ferguson, Allen, and Fitch.

Hayden Ward led off the scoring with an 8-yard touchdown run, followed by a Holden Ward 52-yard scoring run.

Allen would hit Bellows for a 36 yard scoring strike, followed by two Parker touchdown runs of 41 and 16 yards to give the Warriors a 35-0 lead.

Holden Ward had an 8-yard touchdown run to start the second quarter, followed by a 2-yard Hudson Ward scoring run. Davis finished out the first half scoring with a 15-yard run to make it 55-0.

In the third Fitch had touchdowns run of 48 and 45 yards, while in the fourth Sakers had a 37 yard touchdown run.
