Trojans top Tigers On Basketball Court, 63-47
On Thursday January 16th the North-Penn Mansfield Tigers hosted the Troy Trojans on the basketball court.
The first period ended with a score of 19-13, Trojans in front by a few.
In the second quarter Troy’s Evan Woodward pulled up for a three-pointer to start their snowball down the hill. By the end of the half the Trojans led 38-20.
Troy continued their domination. Then late in the fourth, Burbage sank a free throw for his 1000th career point.
The game finished with with a decisive win for Troy, 63-47.
Both teams are back in action on Tuesday. North-Penn Mansfield will be hosting NEB and the Trojans will be on the road to Sayre to face the Redskins.
