Towanda, Athens, Wellsboro Claim Winning Ranks At Tyoga Golf Meet
On Monday, August 17th a Northern Tier League golf meet was held at Tyoga Golf Course in Wellsboro, with eight schools competing.
For the boys match, Towanda came out on top with a team score of 305, followed by Athens at 327, Wellsboro at 344, North Penn-Mansfield at 350, Cowanesque Valley at 369, Wyalusing at 387, Canton at 402, and Sayre at 434.
In the girls match, Towanda also took the top seat at 296, followed by Athens at 288, Wyalusing at 383 and Sayre at 398.
The teams will be back in action today at 1pm at Towanda Golf Club.
