Tioga County Holds Flooding Incident Community Meeting
A Tioga County Flooding Incident Community meeting was held last Friday, August 16 at the Cowanesque Valley High School auditorium in Westfield, Pennsylvania. County officials and recovery effort personnel were present to address the current needs and plans moving forward.
The meeting’s speakers included Tioga County Commissioners Shane Nickerson, Sam VanLoon and Marc Rice, PEMA Director Randy Padfield, County EMA Denny Colegrove, and Incident Commander Brian Plume. Their statements were followed by a breakout for questions and answers.
