Tioga County Fair 2022 – Event Highlights
This year marks the 56th time people will come from all over the area to have fun at the Tioga County Fair!
There are many ways for us all to support the fair this year. Some will volunteer by taking your ticket at one of the gates. And of course, we can all play our part by buying a ticket to the fair! All week the 4-H children and young adults will show how well they cared for their animals throughout the year. We will not forget to mention the parents of those young farmers who spend many hours supporting and teaching them. And we can all take part by choosing to support the fair by selecting the activities and exhibits we would like to enjoy this week.
Here is a very brief schedule of the week at the Tioga County Fair:
Monday: Begins at 9 am with the open horse show and concludes that evening with fireworks at dusk.
Tuesday: Senior citizen (over 62) day with free admission until 5:00 pm. At 4:00, our Mansfield Senior anchor correspondent Deb Bastian will be there to catch the action at the Kountry K-9 Dog Show.
Wednesday: Family Day with free admission for children 11 and younger with unlimited amusement rides for children 36 inches and over!
Tuesday and Wednesday: Fuller family singers will perform on both days! For more information about the singers please visit their website at https://www.thefullerfamilysingers.com
Thursday: Senior anchor/correspondent of Blossburg Tonya McNamara will cover the grange’s homemade products. Rhonda Vincent and The Rage are in concert inside at 6 and 8 pm. Thursday: Also retuning this evening at the fair is the Bullride Mania Rodeo.
Friday: If you have not seen the 4 H children and their animals – this is an excellent opportunity for adults and children. Demolition derby at 7:00 followed by fireworks at dusk!
Saturday: Start at 9 am with the Open Dairy Show and the Demolition Derby again at 7:00!
