Sean Minnick of the Tiadaghton Audubon Society led the Saturday, April 9 bird walk at Hills Creek State Park.
Minnick and the five people attending identified 32 different water and woodland bird species that live in the park or are migrating through. “It was cold and rainy at the start. The sun came out near the end,” said Minnick.
The third guided bird walk is this Saturday, April 16. It is free and open to the public. Registration is not required.
