These Community Pools Will Help You Stay Cool

Are you and your family looking for ways to beat the heat this summer? Check out the community pools in your community and all they have to offer you and your family!

Canton War Memorial Pool & Recreation Park
The Canton Pool & Recreation Park is located at 221 E. 2nd ST., Canton, PA is open for the season, under the direction of Canton Borough, the pool is run and lifeguarded by well known, high school and college kids from our community. There is plenty to do for the whole family including, swimming, baseball, whiffle ball, volleyball, basketball, playground, tennis, badminton, swimming lessons, pavilion and a concession stand.

The hours of operation for the summer will be Monday through Friday 11 am – 7 pm Saturday and Sunday from Noon – 7 pm (Those hours may be adjusted if attendance isn’t high during certain hours). The cost is Adult and Student $5 a person per day, 4 years and younger is $3 a day. They have a 10-day punch card for $25.

Troy Community Pool
The Troy Community Pool is located at Gate 1, Alparon Park in Troy, PA is open for the season, under the direction of Diane Palmer, the lifeguards are all well known, high school and college kids from our community.

They have a concessions area, small playground, basketball court and tennis courts nearby. They have pavilions, with picnic tables. You can also book an event at the pool.
The hours of operation for the summer will be Monday through Friday 1 – 6 pm, Saturday and Sunday 1-5 pm. The cost is $5.00 a person per day, or summer pass $80 individual or $175 for a family.
