The Whimsical Whisk Diner first opened its doors to the Canton community on December 4th, 2024. Before deciding to open a restaurant, though, owners Jamie Young and Shane Cortright set up around the area in their food truck. The duo decided to combine their food truck flair with delicious diner favorites to create Whimsical Whisk favorites such as their Walkabouts, cinnamon sugar sticks, poppers, fish dinners, homemade burgers, and loaded fries.
