WHITNEYVILLE. PA — This is Tioga County Fair week in Whitneyville. One of the most entertaining shows of the fair is the Kountry K-9 Dog Show from Florida. The action packed twenty-five minute show features dogs who do almost anything for applause…and treats!

All dogs in the show are rescues or found dogs. The owners, brothers Pete and Jim, find their special dogs at shelters, on the side of the road, or a dog may be given to them. They currently have dogs from Texas, Florida, Colorado and Louisiana. They never return the dogs they adopt, and will rehome or keep their dogs after they no longer perform. The tail wagging tells you that the dogs are well loved and lead happy, fulfilling lives.
