Ice cream season is just about upon us. Josh and Ashley Shedden, owners and operators of The Creamery at Fairview Farms are gearing up for their biggest ice cream season yet.

The Creamery ice cream is homemade from start to finish right here in Bradford county. They milk the cows then turn the milk into the creamiest ice cream based on cream content of 16-18%. Josh and Ashley love to create fun flavors including Mint Mistake, Peppermint Joy, and Irish Cream. Salted Carmel is the best selling but staples like Vanilla and Chocolate are always winners too.

The ice cream can be purchased at Fairview Farms any time in pints and quarts and there are plans to have a by the scoop option this summer as well.
