Heart of Tioga’s mission is to empower women and families facing unexpected pregnancies throughout Tioga County, Potter County, as well as some of NY state. They provide accurate information, free services, and practical support with a holistic and compassionate approach. ​They give each of their clients the care and attention they need, empowering them to make informed decisions for themselves and their future.

Heart of Tioga is a 501c3 non-profit in the state of Pennsylvania. ​Community support ensures their ability to meet the needs of local women and men facing unexpected pregnancies.
