Surprise Parade Honors Miss Wellsboro
Katarina Swendrowski was chosen to represent Wellsboro in the 2020 Laurel Festival. Since Laurel Festival was cancelled this year due to the pandemic, the community brought the parade to her!
On Friday, June 19th, community members brought gifts and drove past her in their cars to show their support.
