STPR 2015 – Higgins Takes First
David Higgins and co-driver Craig Drew of Subaru Rally Team USA took first place in the 39th Annual Susquehannock Trail Performance Rally national championship event. Following five straight wins in this year’s Rally America series, the Subaru team is positioned to complete the first perfect season in North America since 1987.
