The Gate House renovation has been in process for over one year and great progress has been made. Save The Gate House committee member, Brian Barden, shared an update on the project.

There are noticeable improvements outside of the Gate House. There is a new sidewalk leading to the Gate House from the front of the property. Grading of the yard and planting grass was completed by Dane’s Lawn Care and Landscaping. The stone veneer over the foundation was done by stone mason, James Asbury. A new billboard at the front of the Gate House is a picture of a painting by Sherri Stager. With colder weather coming soon, more work on the inside of the Gate House will be taking place.
