How much pie is TOO MUCH pie? We’ll find out today at the Tioga County Fair Pie Eating Contest! Kids and adults alike were challenged to finish (or eat as much as they could before time ran out) an entire delicious blueberry pie. The packed audience cheered for the willing contestants as they quickly devoured their desserts. The exciting (and fulfilling) competition, hosted by the Tioga County Junior Fair board, came to a close when an intense three minutes ended for the kids, leaving Barrett Heyler the champion. The adults didn’t let the clock stop them though! Winner Dustin Butler observed and learned from the previous round, picking up a trick to start his win early: flipping the entire pie upside-down! Home Page would like to wish all the contestants well, and hope they can enjoy blueberry pie again!
