Following the tragic passing of former owner Terry Bryant, Penn Oak Realty (formerly Penn Oak Realty, Inc.) has undergone several changes. Broker Dawn Avery has become the new owner of the real estate agency, and a new office has opened in Mansfield, Pennsylvania in addition to their Wellsboro location.

“We are still the same great agents,” said Avery. “We’re still ordinary people providing extraordinary service. That’s our tagline, that’s who we are.”

The transition wasn’t an easy one, but Dawn and the team were determined to stick together.

“We’re a family. It’s still hard sometimes, but we managed to pull through.”
