Owlett & Causer Co-Host Policy Committee Hearing To Discuss Stream Maintenance & Flooding
On Monday, December 6, Pennsylvania State Representatives Clint Owlett and Martin Causer co-hosted a policy committee hearing to discuss stream maintenance and flooding. The committee toured flood-affected areas before gathering at the Wellsboro Firemen’s Annex for discussion. Local county officials, township supervisors, conservation specialists, citizens and local farmers formed panels to share testimonies and respond to questions.
