The Oasis of Hope Women’s Center celebrated their grand opening on Friday, June 12th.
The mission of Oasis of Hope is to provide education, prevention, and awareness on sex trafficking. There are multiple resources within this beautifully remodeled interior in the downtown Canton area: a boutique full of clothes, computers, a kitchen, and a living space.
Debbie Colton gave us more insight on Oasis of Hope’s vision. “Our mission is to bring women in to restore them and bring them to wholeness with the gospel of Jesus Christ. We are really excited as we start this new adventure, although oasis of Hope has been around for two decades with our home that we had, and now we are opening a resource center.”
A ribbon cutting ceremony was held to officially commemorate the opening of the center.
