NTL Basketball Showdown Highlights
On Friday, February 14th the Troy Lady Trojans boys basketball team faced off against the Northeast Bradford Lady Panthers, and the Troy Trojans boys team took on the North Penn-Mansfield Tigers. This double header NTL showdown took place at Commonwealth University Mansfield’s Decker gymnasium.
The girls played first – the Lady Panthers and Lady Trojans neck and neck going into halftime. But the Lady Trojans pulled ahead going into the third and claimed the NTL showdown girls trophy, 58-42. The boys’ game followed, and the Tiger v Trojan battle was also a nail-biter. The Trojans inched ahead and eventually overpowered the Tigers in the final frame, also claiming an NTL showdown trophy – 69-56.
