Nor’Easter Sweeps Tioga County
One of the biggest nor’easters the county has seen in years swept through Pennsylvania late Wednesday night into Thursday, bringing major snow accumulation and chilling winds.

The storm was predicted to carry around 14-24 inches of snow, the latter proving to be more accurate.

The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation and local police departments issued winter storm warning driving advisories early Wednesday and efforts have been underway to clear roads and streets.
All Tioga County Facilities were closed on Thursday due to the storm, and many local businesses took the day off.

The county itself was dressed to impress with a beautiful coat of 2 feet (or more, in some places) of snow; a winter wonderland!
The Home Page Network hopes you can enjoy this historic snowfall and that you stay safe and warm! Send us photos of your snowy adventure to andrew@thehomepagenetwork.com and we may feature your shot in an upcoming social media post or story!
