Keep reading to learn how to enter a drawing to win one of Linda Stager’s Bridge photos taken at Cedar Run.
Linda and I rode our e-bikes while Julianna, who accompanied us, rode her regular TREK bike. Aventon makes my e-bike, and I love it! I bought it locally at Oswalds Cycle Works in Mansfield, PA.
Get ready for an exciting adventure on this Movin’ Together! Linda Stager and I were granted special permission to ride together on the brand-new mile-and-a-half Pine Creek Rail Trail Extension. This trail, which starts in town, is set to open officially in July! Stay tuned for the grand opening details, and let’s plan to celebrate this thrilling addition to our outdoor activities together!
Join us in celebrating the bridges on the trail – capturing history for years to come! The bridge Linda and I talked about on this broadcast is from Chester County, dating back to 1879.
We will cross this bridge to access the extension in the future.
Some of us enjoyed riding the passenger train to Ives Run in the past. I enjoyed time with my grandsons when they were little. That train no longer runs, but we can ride on the trail where the tracks used to be! It was built in 1854 by Fall Brook Railway. All of the bridges have been restored, so we can literally ride on the railway! (NO TRACKS)
You can enter the drawing to win Linda’s framed photo of the Cedar Run Bridge by commenting on this particular Facebook page about the age of the new bridge from Chester County that Linda, and I talked about on this broadcast or emailing me your answer at sara@thehomepagenetwork.com.
Stay tuned for our next episode of Movin’ Together! We’ll be diving into the fascinating world of Digest This! Probiotics-those healthy bacteria, and pre-biotics-the food for these bacteria. We’ll be exploring what foods can help us maintain good gut health. It’s a topic you won’t want to miss!
Remember, keep moving, loving, and caring for yourself and others!
