Last Saturday, Miller’s Corn Maze hosted the inaugural New Covenant Academy Athletics Booster Club 5k Run/Walk. Runners and walkers gathered on this sunny and beautiful October morning to raise funds in support of New Covenant Academy’s student athletes. All proceeds will help provide new equipment, uniforms, transportation, referees, and more.
Overall Male Winner Matthew Wilber spoke with us about his experience during the race, stating it was, “Fantastic. This is really one of the nicest areas probably in the whole country, and to be able to get out here and run essentially cross country/trail race on a beautiful Saturday morning towards the end of October- you can’t get anything better than that.”
