Ever since it’s conception in 1970, Earth Day has been bringing people together from all walks of life to promote awareness and inspire change. It is a day celebrated by over 1 billion people in 193 countries in what is the largest civic-focused day of action in the world.

The 8th annual Mill Cove Earth Day event will be taking place on Saturday, April 20! This year it will take place at Smythe Park in Mansfield (due to flooding at Mill Cove, where the event is usually held). This is a family-friendly, and eco-friendly, event with all kinds of fun activities! Bird walks, falconry demonstrations, zip lining, exhibits, archery, recycling crafts, children’s games, food and local vendors are just a handful of the things you may expect to enjoy!
