On Wednesday, September 4th, the Troy Lady Trojans hosted the Wellsboro Lady Hornets on the soccer field.

With 14:37 seconds remaining in the first half, Lady Trojan Giana Renzi collects the ball in the scramble and chips the keeper making the score 1-0. Next, Troy’s Renzi centers the ball to Saydi Renzo who’s there to finish it – goal, Trojans! With just over two minutes left in the half, Troy’s Kylee Roy centers the ball from outside the box and Renzo takes it. Trojans up 3-0. With less than a minute remaining before halftime, Braylon Schaeffer receives the ball in traffic and sends the ball to the back of the net. In the rest of regulation, neither team would score – securing the shutout victory for the Trojans, 4-0.

Troy will be on the road this Saturday against the Wyalusing Lady Rams.
