Lady Tigers Tie Panthers, 1-1
On Thursday, September 12 – the North Penn-Mansfield Lady Tigers soccer team hosted the Northeast Bradford Lady Panthers. Both teams would score their only goals in the first half.
First, the Lady Panthers Paige Howell passed from midfield to Kelsie Cowles to put Northeast Bradford up, 1-0 with 21:43 on the clock.
The Lady Tigers answered back as Aleiah Jackson grounded a Panther goal kick and sent it to Gracie Snyder and she tied the game up, 1-1.
Both teams continued to fight into double overtime, but neither would put up another score – ending the game in a tie, 1-1.
